By purchasing products or services directly from us, you authorize us to charge the associated fees using your chosen payment method. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled by you.
Your use of the service is at your own risk. We and our officers, directors, employees, and agents make no warranties and assume no liability for any content or errors in the service. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred through your use of the service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Top Sleep Tracker, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
（1) Your use of the Service.
（2) Your violation of the Terms of Service.
（3) Your violation of third-party rights.
This obligation to defend and indemnify will survive the Terms of Service and your use of the Service.
